Description

90° Elbow: M32 x 1.5 Male to Female (ATEX Certified)

Redapt's AR-D series of 90° Elbow Adapters are designed to allow a cable gland or conduit entry where spacing or orientation makes a typical installation difficult, maintaining hazardous location certification and the overall integrity of the installation.

Additionally, the "Elbow" design provides protection for the cable which may otherwise be subjected to increased bending stress during installation.

The AR-D series of Elbows are certified to protection concepts Exd "Flameproof" for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 applications. Approved to the latest international standards, ATEX (CENELEC), IECEx and GOST-R hazardous area certificates are available. Additionally, CSA approval certificates can be supplied to cover use in North American and Canadian Class I, Division 1 and Class I, Zone 1 applications.

While designed for use within the hazardous locations present in oil, gas and petrochemical environments, Redapt's 90° Elbows are also commonly used in Industrial & Commercial applications in place of standard grade fittings.
