Grease Fittings, also referred to as Zerk Fittings, Grease Zerks, Lube Fittings, Grease Nipples or Alemite Fittings; are small one-way valves used to allow easy lubrication of bearings and joints. They're commonly found in the automotive, marine and agricultural industries, on industrial machinery, lawn & garden equipment, recreational vehicles, bearings, axles, motors, drives and chains.

Our Metric Grease Fittings are RoHS Compliant, Heat Treated, Zinc Plated, rated to 8,000 max PSI and made to meet or exceed the industry's DIN 71412 spec. Before our Grease Fittings ever leave the factory, they undergo vigorous inspection and performance controls including an automated infrared optical test to ensure proper assembly, an opening pressure test, lubricant leakage test and blowout test...qualities you may be hard pressed to find on low cost imports offered elsewhere.

All kits are inspected to an AQL 1.0, C=0 sampling plan.
