Installation Tool for 1/2-20 ID, 13/16-16 OD Key-Locking Inserts

Product Specs:

Use with Internal Thread Size: 1/2-20
Use with External Thread Size: 13/16-16
For use with: Key-Locking Inserts
Material: Carbon Steel, Black Oxide Finish
Compatible with: Keensert ®, Keysert ®, Rock Solid K-Type or any other standard Key-Locking Screw Thread Inserts

Instructions (After Drilling & Tapping):

Engage insert keys into vertical slots of the tool.
Screw insert into part and flush with top of the part.
Lift - Rotate tool. Hole fits over the keys. Drive down as far as possible.
Turn tool until timing mark lines up with key. Drive until keys even with top of insert.

This easy to use hand tool will make the installation of your Key-Locking Screw Thread Inserts a breeze. Ensures that the insert's locking keys are perfectly straight and fully recessed.
