To process the return, after an order has been placed, you can login to your account and initiate a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) at any time. In the "Track Your Recent Orders" section, you will click on the "View Details" link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for. Once in the order, you will click on the "Add New RMA" button, then complete the form and submit. We will then process your RMA.
