Installation Tool for 1/2-13 ID, 11/16-11 OD Key-Locking Inserts

Product Specs:

Use with Internal Thread Size: 1/2-13
Use with External Thread Size: 11/16-11
For use with: Key-Locking Inserts
Material: Carbon Steel, Black Oxide Finish
Compatible with: Keensert, Keysert, Rock Solid K-Type or any other standard Key-Locking Screw Thread Inserts

Instructions (After Drilling & Tapping):

Engage insert keys into vertical slots of the tool.
Screw insert into part and flush with top of the part.
Lift - Rotate tool. Hole fits over the keys. Drive down as far as possible.
Turn tool until timing mark lines up with key. Drive until keys even with top of insert.
