We've heard from our international customers how difficult it can be to purchase
some of the great products we sell outside the US. In response to this, we have partnered with a trusted third-party company,
International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. With this new partnership, we are able to export our products WORLDWIDE. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your
Shopping Cart as you normally would and choose the "International Checkout"
option.

Please note that International Checkout places your order with ThreadToolSupply.com on your behalf and is responsible for all billing, shipping, and customer service issues related to your order.
To place an international order:
- Select and add your items to the shopping cart at http://www.threadtoolsupply.com .
- Confirm the items in your cart are ready for purchase and proceed to International Checkout by selecting the "International Checkout" button (on the "View Cart" page).
- The item name, SKU number and price will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.
- To complete your order, you will be asked to fill in shipping and billing information on the International Checkout website.
- For your convenience, International Checkout provides the option to pre-pay
Duties and Taxes.
If you choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you may
avoid customs delays and we guarantee that you will not be asked to pay anything
when your order arrives. If you do not choose to pre-pay Duties and
Taxes, you will be responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when

What payment methods are accepted?
You may pay by Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Visa and Master Card transactions will be processed in your local currency. All other payment methods will be processed in USD. When should I expect my order to arrive?
You have the option to choose Standard or Priority Shipping. Generally, you can expect Standard Shipments to arrive within 10-14 business days and Priority Shipments within 7-11 business days. Transit Times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for
