Our Prewinder Tools make quick work of large volume installations. The Prewinder temporarily reduces the diameter of the insert by compression so that it will install easily into the tapped hole. As the insert leaves the Prewinder and enters the tapped hole, it is pre-wound and in the correct lead and pitch to facilitate a smooth installation.
